Healthcare Administrator  Duties and Responsibilities: Healthcare administrators  manage hospitals and other healthcare facilities.  They are responsible for a lot of things like, planning, financial administration, personnel administration, materials management, purchasing, public affairs and patient administration.  Small hospitals sometimes only have one administrator while other hospitals have many working there to help them out with a bigger variety of patients and other things. Some of these health care  administrators specialize in specific things like patient administration or purchasing.  Average Salary:$40,000-$110,000 Educational Requirements: Most students choose to get a master's degree in health administration or public health. I think that I would like to be a health care administrator because it sounds like an interesting job to be filing papers and doing other things.
