3. Keep an active lifestyle
4. Maintain a healthy body weight
5. Reduce your stress
The things that I am going to do to improve my health is start a healthy diet because as of right now my diet is not a healthy one. I need to start eating less fats and another thing I need to work on is losing weight. I need to lose a little more weight and maybe even reduce my stress because it can really affect my health. I might need more sleep during the night and try to go to bed earlier.
