Oriental Medicine Doctor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides and manages direct
patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments,
diagnoses, and specialized oriental medicine procedures and treatments for a
specified patient population. Prescribes herbal and other medications and
treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions. Provides the
prescription and administration of devices, restricted devices, and
prescriptive devices as defined in the New Mexico Drug, Device and Cosmetic
Act.
Salary:
$61,000 per year
Education:
An oriental medicine doctor
needs a Bachelor’s degree and certification.
