Anything we want to write about

Next weekend On the 15 my family and I are planning to go to San Diego for my little brothers Soccer tournament and also to celebrate my mom’s birthday since it is on Wednesday. We are planning to have a lot of fun as a family and enjoy San Diego. Hopefully it’s not that cold and it’s hot enough to enjoy it.  This weekend I didn't do much but stay home and catch up on school work and stuff, I read a book called Raisin in the Sun and it is a really good book that I barely started reading and I can’t wait to finish.

Halloween on October 31 and it is the day where kids dress up as anything they want to be and go out and trick or treat. On this day you get scared a lot and visit a lot of haunted houses and scary places. Halloween was started by the Scottish and Irish in the 19^th century.  Halloween is supposed to be a fun experience for kids to dress up as anyone they want to be when they grow up or someone they admire. The common phrase that is used when asking for candy is “trick-or-treat”, this is something that kids go house to house and asking for their treats.  On this day it is sometime scary for the kids to be walking around in the streets because there is a lot of crazy people out there that don’t see the damage that they can cost to the children. Kids are very innocent when it comes to Holiday’s like this so it’s up to the grown-ups to make sure that they are safe during this day.
