This quote to me means that if you say you are going to win it’s just not enough , saying it is just not enough you have to be prepared to win and  have a mind that you are going to win no matter what. Go into whatever you are going to do with an open mind and with a mind that you will win and that you have prepared yourself for it and it will actually happen. It makes a huge difference when you say you are going to pass the test and not have studied at all then when you say I am going to pass this test but studied a lot to pass it.  A great quote right here, be prepared for everything. 

                                  

Paul "Bear" Bryant

       Paul Bear Bryant was born on September 11, 1913 in Fordyce AR, he was an American College football coach, he was known for being the head coach of University of Alabama. He was the head coach of the University of Alabama almost his whole life from (1958-1982) one year before his death he retired. He was a great man and a great coach, he had a record of 323 major college victories all he wanted to do was win and he achieved it. He came from a really poor family and his father died when he was really young, at only being in the 8^th grade did Bryant play his first football game with high school students. Bryant took his team into victory but unfortunately did not graduate with his class, he took a scholarship and went back to school to get his degree after finishing High school and college Bryant became assistant coach for Alabama for four years, when about to become head coach World War 2 happened and Bryant went into the US navy in Uruguay, after the war was over Bryant became head coach. The reason that Bryant got his nickname “bear” was because when he was little they told him he would get paid $1 to wrestle a bear he accepted the challenge and got his ear bitten off but in the end he did not get paid. He is a man who’s legend still lives on today a great man who died in January 26, 1983. He wasn’t just “A coach”. He was “the coach” (USC coach John McKay).
