Reflection:

This quote to me means that you only need one person just one person to change everything and to start something. That person if it is the right person should change everything. You do not need a crowd of people to start something you in reality just need one person to change it. When one person decides to change it all then more people will get involved and you will see how things turn out. Just like in the video that was shown to us in class only one man was standing playing his instrument in the middle of town and in the end a lot of people started playing there instruments with him. The ending was amazing of this video because  it was a big circle of a community surrounded to hear the amazing music the man played and ended with more than 50 people joining him.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Home health aides usually work for companies that provide in-home assistance to ill, injured, elderly, or disabled customers.  Their duties include taking the blood pressure, temperature, and pulse of patients.  They help patients get in and out of bed, take baths, and dress.  They also prepare and serve meals as well as perform housekeeping chores like making beds and cleaning rooms.

Average Salary: $8,000-$18,000

Educational Requirements:

Most employers prefer that nursing assistants and aides have a high school diploma or GED certificate.  Some vocational schools and community colleges offer training programs. Study hard to get what you want in life.

I do not think that I would like to be a home health aide because it does not interest me.

Reflection:
 This quote to me means that somethings are done better with everyone helping out then with one person doing it by themselves.Team work is always something done as a team and is done well when it is done as a team. When you have people that are helping you out in things that you need then it will come out better done then when it is just you doing everything by yourself. Its like when you have to study it gets sometimes boring and you do not want to study anymore but when you do a group study then it is really different because that way your doing it with friends and you can come up with different group methods to continue to study and not get bored. Working as a group is always a good thing and even fun to do. Try to work  more as a group then working by yourself it is way more fun. There is no "I" in TEAM!!!!!

Healthcare Administrator

Healthcare Administrator  Duties and Responsibilities: Healthcare administrators  manage hospitals and other healthcare facilities.  They are responsible for a lot of things like, planning, financial administration, personnel administration, materials management, purchasing, public affairs and patient administration.  Small hospitals sometimes only have one administrator while other hospitals have many working there to help them out with a bigger variety of patients and other things. Some of these health care  administrators specialize in specific things like patient administration or purchasing.  Average Salary:$40,000-$110,000 Educational Requirements: Most students choose to get a master's degree in health administration or public health. Students in high school should also take the most challenging courses provided at your school. Choose the right!!!

I think that I would like to be a health care administrator because it sounds like an interesting job to be filing papers and doing other things.
