Duties and Responsibilities:

They work with equipment that directs very high frequency sound waves into the body nerves to produce images or pictures of inner organs, diseased masses, and fetuses.  These images are then used by physicians to diagnose and treat patients.  Some sonographers specialize in examining certain areas of the body, such as the brain, the heart, and the pelvis.  As part of their responsibilities, sonographers also check patients' medical histories, explain procedures, determine the best patient positions to produce the images, and operate photography and printout equipment.  Most sonographers work in hospitals.

Salary:

$24,000 - $38,000

Education:

 Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school. Sonographer training programs are offered at community colleges and hospitals.  They can be completed in one to four years dependent on previous work experience.  Sonographers must pass annual guarantee tests after completing training.

I think that the quote is true because sometimes when we do lose our tempers the bad side to us comes out and we do and say things that in the moment we mean but later on we do not mean it. Everybody does something that they do not mean but because we are so angry during that time we do it anyway. We need to learn how to control our temper because not everything in life we are going to agree on, I mean what would happen if everyone in the world lost their temper then it would be chaos. We do not want the place we are living in to become chaos right? We need to be able to control that bad temper of ours and use it for something good not something bad.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Workers help people and their families modify to problems in their lives such as serious illness, child abuse, substance abuse, mental illness, handicaps, juvenile crime, and anti-social behavior. They must often help people accept situations that cannot be changed. They frequently work with underclass, including the homeless. Most social workers work for the government in offices, hospitals, clinics, prisons, or the courts. Some of them also work in nursing homes, group homes, schools, or businesses. They tend to have a lot of duties, with it being interviewing and counseling the individual and groups.

Educational Requirements:

To prepare for a career in social work you should take challenging high school courses especially in English, science, and math.  Some organizations may allow a social worker to practice with a bachelor's degree in social work positions require a graduate degree.  Clinical positions require additional licensing after the completion of one or two year supervised internships.

The CTR helps you become a better persona and not someone who chooses the wrong to get into trouble or to not succeed in your life. To succeed in your own life you have to be able to choose the right path for you and make choices that will help you out in life not make choices that will harm your life. This quote is true because when you want something you have to know that it takes time and that when you jump into something too quick the chances are that you will fail at what you did because you rushed into it. Always know that you have to take your time with things and never rush into things because good things happen to people that wait. I think that it is better if you wait for what’s going to happen to you instead of jumping right into something that might go well. You never know what is going to happen. Take little steps at a time because if you take giant steps then you will not be able to stop and enjoy what you are doing for yourself.

Duties and Responsibilities:

They apply a wide range of mediation to improve the physical, mental, emotional, and social and freedom needs of their clients. A recreational therapist works with the client, their family members and others significant to the improvement of their health condition. Recreational therapists assist clients to develop skills, knowledge and behaviors for daily living and community involvement. The goal of recreational therapy is to restore, remediate or socialize in order to improve functioning and independence as well as reduces or eliminates the effects of illness or disability.

$32,250 - $52,560

Education:

Recreational therapists typically need a bachelor’s degree. Many employers require therapists to be certified. Some recreational therapists may qualify with a combination of education, training, and work experience that would be equivalent to what is considered field competency.
